A new community of environmentally-friendly detached homes in North Saanich, on Vancouver Island was breaking ground. They needed someone who could respond to the fast pace and changing needs of marketing a growing development. The initial stage of the process required a great deal of communication, planning and prioritization as sales were underway and there was a need for immediate deliverables, while still developing the long-term marketing plan. The initial deliverables allowed us to test ideas in real time, and in-turn configure the larger marketing plan.
The scope of deliverables included an updated, award-winning website, social media, HTML email, and AdWords marketing campaigns, a brand-new presentation folder package, an offline, interactive, touchscreen interface for the sales team and the production of two TV commercials. These helped market the community and support the sales team to successfully sell homes faster than any other development in the region. Within the first 6 months of the marketing campaign, over 50% of the first two phases of the development were sold.
